When to turn images into a PDF
Sending ten separate photos of a document is messy. A single PDF keeps the pages in order, is easy to print, and is what most offices, banks, universities and visa portals ask for.
Choose A4 or US Letter for documents that may be printed, so every page is the same size. Choose Same as image when you want each page to match its photo exactly, for example for artwork or screenshots. Automatic orientation puts landscape images on landscape pages.
