The Government of Sindh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ICreativez Technologies regarding two years technical support for Complaint Management System.
Complaint Management System is basically a method to analyze, assess and respond to computerized complaints. ICreativez has a qualified team in this field to make the system more manageable and professional.
The Government of Sindh has to take care of an entire province’s needs and requirements and to make sure every corner is well taken care of. To make sure that everything is going smoothly, they have contacted ICreativez to develop an effective Complaint Management System where the citizens will be able to record their complaints and the Government will easily analyze their complaints.
