Real estate SEO that brings enquiries, not just page views

The big property portals will always rank for broad searches. Agencies, brokers and developers win elsewhere: on neighbourhood searches, local map results, project names and the questions buyers and sellers ask long before they call anyone. We help you own those searches, and make sure AI assistants describe your agency accurately when someone asks who to trust in your area.

Competing with the portals

You don't need to beat the portals. You need to be found around them.

Whether it is Zillow and Realtor.com in the US, Rightmove and Zoopla in the UK, Bayut and Property Finder in the UAE or Zameen in Pakistan, portals have enormous authority. Trying to outrank them for "flats for sale in [city]" is usually money wasted.

Where agencies do win is local knowledge. A genuinely useful guide to a neighbourhood, written by people who sell there, can outrank a portal and convert far better because the reader already trusts you by the time they enquire.

Portals list properties. Agencies know places. Your SEO should be built on what you know that the portals don't.

We combine that local content with a strong Google Business Profile for every office, listing pages that are properly indexed rather than duplicated from a feed, and clear valuation and enquiry paths.

For developers, we build project pages that rank for the project name and the area long before launch, so early interest comes to you rather than to resellers.

Who we help

Different property businesses, different search strategies

We plan your SEO around how your clients actually choose who to work with.

  • Independent agenciesLocal dominance in a few areas: area guides, map pack and reviews.
  • Multi-branch agenciesScalable location pages and profiles that stay unique for each office.
  • Property developersProject-led SEO starting months before launch, with investor-focused content.
  • Commercial and rental specialistsLandlord, tenant and investor content built around specific property types.

Straight talk

Real estate SEO, honestly

What you can count on

  • Lead-based reporting. Calls, valuation requests and enquiries by area.
  • Real local content. Written with input from your agents, not generic city summaries.
  • Profiles in your name. Every Google Business Profile stays owned by you.

What we won't do

  • Promise to outrank the major portals. We focus where you can genuinely win.
  • Create fake office locations. Virtual offices on Google Maps risk suspension.
  • Copy listing descriptions across sites. Duplicate listings help nobody rank.

FAQ

Real estate SEO questions

Can a small agency really compete with property portals?

Not for broad searches like "homes for sale in [city]". But agencies can absolutely win neighbourhood searches, local map results, seller searches and branded searches, which are often the most valuable leads anyway.

Do IDX or MLS listings hurt our SEO?

They can, because the same listings appear on hundreds of sites. We control how they are indexed and add unique local content around them, so your site offers something the others don't.

What should happen to sold listings?

It depends on the setup. Often sold pages are kept with a clear "sold" status and links to similar properties, because they show your track record. Very old or thin pages are redirected or removed.

Do you work with developers on new projects?

Yes. We start with project pages well before launch, so the project name and area searches lead to your site rather than to resellers or portals.

How do AI tools decide which agency to recommend?

They rely on what is written about you across the web: your website, Google profile, reviews, local news and directories. Clear, consistent information and genuine local authority make a recommendation far more likely.
