Title Case capitalises the main words of a heading and leaves short words such as "and", "of" and "the" in lower case, unless they start or end the title. It is the style many publications use for headlines. Sentence case only capitalises the first word and proper nouns, which many websites and apps now prefer because it reads more naturally.
Developers have their own conventions. camelCase and PascalCase are common for variables and classes, snake_case for Python and databases, kebab-case for URLs and CSS classes, and CONSTANT_CASE for fixed values. The converter splits words intelligently, even if the input is already in another case.
