- Choose Timer and set hours, minutes and seconds, or tap a preset.
- Or choose Countdown to a date and pick the date and time.
- Click Start. The time also shows in the browser tab.

About this tool

This one calculates the remaining time from the clock on every update instead of counting ticks, so it stays accurate even if you switch tabs. The time left also appears in the tab title, so you can keep an eye on it while working.
Date countdowns use your device's local time zone. When you share a countdown link, the target moment is stored in UTC, so people in other countries see the correct time remaining for them.
