About this tool
Is the wheel really random?
Yes. The stopping point is chosen with your browser's cryptographically secure random generator before the wheel starts slowing down, and every name gets an equal slice. The spin animation is just for fun; it does not affect the result.
For giveaways, picking several winners at once draws without replacement, so nobody can win twice in the same draw. If you are running a public competition, screen-record the draw so participants can see it was fair.

FAQ
Random Name Picker & Wheel Spinner FAQs
Can the same person win twice?
Not if you tick Remove the winner, or use Pick winners, which draws without repeats.
How many names can I add?
As many as you like. With very long lists, the multi-pick option is easier than the wheel.
Is my list saved?
Yes, in this browser only, so it is there when you come back.
Can I use it for official prize draws?
It is fair and random, but check any legal rules for prize draws in your country.
