Give every email a clean, professional sign-off. Add your details, logo and social links, pick your brand colour, and copy a signature that works in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

Private by design. Your details are used to build the signature in your browser and saved only on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
In Gmail, open Settings, then See all settings, scroll to Signature, create a new one and paste. In Outlook on the web or the new Outlook, go to Settings, Account, then Signatures, and paste. In Apple Mail, open Settings, Signatures, create a signature, untick "Always match my default message font" and paste.
Email apps cannot show images stored on your computer, so your logo must be hosted online. Use the URL of the logo on your website. The signature uses simple tables and inline styles, the most reliable way to keep layouts intact across email clients.
